What is Innovation Culture & Intrapreneurship?

Innovation culture is the organizational environment in which new ideas are consistently generated, tested, and brought to scale. Intrapreneurship is the practice of entrepreneurial thinking and action within an existing organization. Together, they are the two sides of the same coin: organizations that innovate sustainably don't rely on inspired individuals — they build the conditions for innovation to be systemic.
